• By submitting content, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of your organization and that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

2. Content Standards
We explicitly reserve the right to reject any submitted content. Specifically, we do not accept submissions from individuals or organizations that:

1. Advocate, incite, or glorify violence or terrorism.

2. Deny or oppose the right of Israel to exist as a Jewish state.

3. Engage in proselytizing Jews or attempting to convert Jews to another faith.

In addition, all submitted content must:

• Respect the dignity and safety of all people.

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Avoid hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory language.

3. Security and Safety

• Event organizers are solely responsible for the safety and security of their events.

• Upstanders Canada strongly encourages organizers to consult local police services and, when appropriate, communal security agencies (such as local Jewish Federations) to ensure adequate security measures.

• Upstanders Canada does not provide or arrange security for posted events.

4. Review and Moderation

• All submissions are subject to review. Upstanders Canada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept, decline, edit, or remove content at any time without prior notice.

• Submission does not guarantee posting.

5. Indemnification
By submitting content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upstanders Canada, its staff, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your event or submission.

6. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the Ally Action Hub is handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Amendments
Upstanders Canada may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
